ffmpeg出来的视频质量比ShanaEncoder低的话，可能是版本不同，不同ffmpeg版本使用的nvenc api不一样，参数上看到是没什么问题的，主要你片源只有1000码比较低，ffmpeg出来的结果显示很差，但是这样参考性价值不高，可以拿个高清资源在对比下

报错提示是驱动版本太低，新版本ffmpeg需要新的api，也就是551.76及以上驱动版本
