chrome谷歌浏览器报错STATUS_ILLEGAL_INSTRUCTION 解决办法，CPU功耗电源供电不足，无限暖暖着色器编译失败

此时会出现在日志里，系统WHEA-Logger 事件ID 19
cpu出现已更正的硬件错误。

由以下组件报告: 处理器核心
错误源: Unknown Error Source
错误类型: Internal parity error

解决办法，关闭超频或降低主频，比如4.0Ghz改成3.9Ghz，降低CPU功耗，避免引起供电不足引起不稳定现象
无限暖暖启动游戏时候的编译着色器也可以测试CPU，比如300W电源带3570K应该把CPU主频设置为3.9Ghz

4.0Ghz基本是没办法正常编译通过的，进不去游戏
