求助！更新win11后有时卡死，之后黑屏一下才恢复

天涯海角搜一下： 百度 谷歌 360 搜狗 有道 雅虎 必应 即刻
笔记本从win10更新到win11之后，有时（尤其是b站网页端看视频和直播时）出现突然卡死约10~20秒，随后黑屏约2秒，然后恢复，此时系统自带的夜间模式会消失；前些天分别进行如下尝试均未能解决问题：重启，进一步更新windows系统，卸载重装AMD驱动和AMD software:adrenalin edition，禁用其他可能的高占用应用和服务项，在CMD运行sfc /scannow（结果无任何问题）
今天还查看了与问题发生时间相近的AMD日志（位于C:\Users\用户名\AppData\Local\AMD\CN），然后发现自己看不懂（求助deepseek未果）
不知道有没有大佬能帮忙解决这个问题

问题描述看起来是供电不足掉驱动，看看系统日志里面有没有类似的
显卡方面供电不足主要存在画面定格30秒，然后黑屏掉驱动自动恢复问题
应用程序事件id 1
NVIDIA OpenGL Driver

感谢小樱大佬的提示，在大d老师的“指导”下走了很多弯路，也算在8月初基本解决该问题，一直到现在9月初都没出现问题
现在把我的处理过程（去除deepseek瞎写的弯路）贴一下，把帖子完结掉

在事件管理器中，能够找到该时间节点发生了“事件1000，Application Error”，出错应用程序名称为radeonsoftware.exe
经查找，可发现每个这样的错误之前都有如下警告发生：

随后进入组件服务中查找APPID为 {15C20B67-12E7-4BB6-92BB-7AFF07997402} 的条目，即“PerAppRuntimeBroker”

打开属性>安全>启动和激活权限，点击“编辑...” ，随后弹出如下提示框，点击“确定”后，提示如下并无法编辑
新建画布1.png
于是，尝试编辑注册表权限——
  1. 计算机\HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\AppID\{15c20b67-12e7-4bb6-92bb-7aff07997402}

处理完前置后（可能还要用安全模式启动），编辑权限
新建画布123.jpg
Everyone、ALL APPLICATION PACKAGES、LOCAL SERVICE、<登录账户>、INTERACTIVE、SERVICE的权限为本地启动和本地激活
SYSTEM、Administrators(DESKTOP-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇\Administrators)为本地启动、远程启动、本地激活、远程激活
并在32位视图的组件服务中同样编辑上述权限
重启电脑后，应该就解决了



解决完{15C20B67-12E7-4BB6-92BB-7AFF07997402}的问题后，又遭遇数次突然笔记本突然断电、黑屏、自动重启
