解决方法：
打开双帧，然后必须手动设置双倍的帧数，不能留空，然后查看输出文件信息正确，开始压制






注：就算你不压59.54帧，只要它29.97，那也要打开双帧速率，否则由于扫描方式的不同，可能出现某些场景画面亮度会变暗，出现和片源光亮不符合的异常问题。
当然为了尊重原作者，个人建议还是保持59.94帧视频压制输出，此时画面流畅度会更高，原生支持高帧率。
