切到 level3 线路了，看起来是网络层故障，现在换到了冗余备用网络上
估计是欧洲“电信”运营商某个交换机烂了，所以现在cn2高速专线没了
然后换了根“联通”网线恢复正常，现在是冗余备用网络，等之后肯定换回去的
服务器里跑了下路由，之前帖子上走的是Germany ChinaTelecom
现在走的是Los Angeles level3 ChinaUnicom，和我猜测一样，绕美国一圈了怪不得延迟变高
