又是这个B机器人自动扫描进行恶意重复多次虚假投诉

- The technology doesn't include any support for blocking info_hash keys from being registered with the tracker.
- We do not have any content.
- We are not a bittorrent site, we are just a tracker, we can not see what content is behind an info_hash.
- We don't have any torrent files.
- We can't give you any IP addresses in any other way than normal tracker usage.
- We can't verify any claims when we have no data other than the info_hash.
- We can't block info_hash keys from being registered with the tracker.
- We don't have any logs or ways to trace previous connections, It's not technically possible to trace connection history due to the sheer volume of connections. The only information that is possible to keep is the current torrent swarm.
- There are 500+ of tracker servers running in the world, I don't think he will hit the DMCA. not a bittorrent site.

As you presumably know, the file doesn't have to exist on your server. If you've set up a VPN or proxy on your server, then the server was simply used to torrent the file, not to host it.
Unfortunately this is the fourth time in the past 2 months that you have been caught doing this, so it doesn't appear to be something you are willing to fix.
As a result, this IP will remain locked unless you can give us a detailed and convincing statement of what is going on.

We MarkScan, represent "Audible, Inc., 1 George Street, #09-01, Singapore 049145" ("Our Client"), who has authorised us to issue this notice to you under the provisions the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and the provisions of Online Copyright Infringement Liability Limitation Act (OCILLA), a part of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act 1998 (DMCA) whereunder the service providers are to be held strictly liable for the acts of their users are required to cease access to the copyright material, immediately upon being put to notice of the infringement.
